Sesame soft cake is a traditional Chinese dessert with a soft, glutinous and sweet texture and a rich sesame aroma. Its production process is as follows: prepare the ingredients, then boil sugar, mix and stir all the ingredients, then press the materials, cut them into pieces and shape them, and finally package them.

This production line applies the Gas or Steam Planet-stirring-poto concentrate the pastry gently. This production line adopts Air-conditioner cooling tunnel to actively cool the bar slab,which is suitable for the frozen forming of viscous and stick materials. This production line adopts strip-cutting-knivesand servo-vertical-guillotine-knife to cut the slab into sliceThis production line adopts fully automatic pillow packaging with transverse&longitudinal separating roller to achieve thefast sorting and arrangement of bars, high-speed packaging.

Characteristics
1. This production line can realize the automatic preheating & proportioning of materails. Materails will be mixed in the cooking pot.
